২০২০ সালের ১ জানুয়ারি তারিখে অংশীদারগণের মূলধন ছিল আবু ৪,০০,০০০ টাকা ; বাবু ৩,০০,০০০ টাকা ; লাবু ৪,০০,০০০ টাকা। আবু এবং লাবু তাদের সার্বক্ষণিক কাজের জন্য ব্যবসায় হতে যথাক্রমে ৮,০০০ টাকা এবং ৬,০০০ টাকা করে মাসিক বেতন পাবেন।
মূলধন এবং উত্তোলন উভয়ের উপর বাষিক ৫% হারে সুদ ধার্য করতে হবে। প্রত্যেক মাসের শেষ তারিখে সারা বছর ধরে আবু, বাবু এবং লাবু ব্যবসায় হতে যথাক্রমে ১২,০০০ টাকা ; ৬,০০০ টাকা এবং ৬,০০০ টাকা করে নগদ উত্তোলন করে। বছরের মাঝামাঝি লাবু ব্যবসায়ে ৫০,০০০ টাকা ঋণ প্রদান করে।

উপরিউক্ত সমন্বয়গুলাে সাধন করার পূর্বে ২০২০ সালের ৩১ ডিসেম্বর তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য ব্যবসায়ের নীট মুনাফা ৪,০০,০০০ টাকায় উপনীত হয়।
ক) ২০২০ সালের ৩১ ডিসেম্বর তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য লাভ-লােকসান বন্টন হিসাব প্রস্তুত করাে।
খ) অংশীদার আবু এবং বাবুর মূলধন হিসাব প্রস্তুত করাে।
