Graduation (pass) and equivalent in the academic institutions of Dhaka University, National University, and Islamic Arabic University in the academic year 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 (3rd year, 2nd year, and 1st year) by the Prime Minister's Education Support Trust The stipend branch of the "Prime Minister's Education Support Trust" of the Secondary and Higher Education Department has called for stipends from the poor and meritorious students of the level.

How to Apply Prime Minister's Education Assistance Trust Scholarship online form
To apply for the degree stipend, one must first register online by accessing the website http://estipend.pmeat.gov.bd. Separate User ID and password will be sent to all educational institutions and Upazila Secondary Education Officers for data entry in the said software.
After completing the degree stipend application process, the stipend branch of the "Prime Minister's Education Assistance Trust" of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education has requested the respective university authorities to send the list of selected students online by 28/02/2022.
Online Apply Process for stipends
Step 1: Enter the website http://estipend.pmeat.gov.bd/ and click on the Registration tab and complete the registration process with the required information. Step 2: Set the password in the next step. (You can enter any 6 digit password)
৩ Step 3: Once the password is set, log in using the registration number and password in the Student Sign In tab.
Step 4: After logging in, the student will see his dashboard and can apply for the stipend by clicking on "Apply".
Step 5: Click the "Apply" button to complete the application by providing the required information. Students fill out the elliptical form click the "Save Continue" button and follow the instructions on the tab.
Step 6: After the tab instruction is completed, the student will choose yes (caution, information cannot be changed once the application is submitted). The page will be redirected to the dashboard where users will see the presence of applications.
Required Documents for Online Apply
- Student HSC Registration and Roll Number;
- Degree registration number;
- Student National Identity Card Number and Birth Registration Number;
- Parent's national identity card number, mobile no;
- One passport size photocopy;
- Student bank name and account number.
Note that in case of bank account, the student can use any bank account number! If a student does not have a bank account, you can apply by selecting Mobile Banking (only bKash, Rocket) with account number. Account number must match your name.
Terms of Prime Minister's Education Assistance Trust stipend
- To receive the stipend, the student must be a regular student studying at the degree (pass) / fazil level.
- Must be at least 75% present in the classroom as a regular student. In this case (Bangla / English) can be counted as a mandatory subject.
- The total annual income of the guardian of the student selected for receiving the stipend should be less than BDT 1,00,000 / - (one lakh). The total amount of land of the guardian/parent should be less than 0.05 (five) percent of the residents living in the city corporation area and 0.75 (seventy-five) percent of the land in other areas.
