The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which began its vaccination campaign around mid-December last year, has administered over 10 million doses to date. The country has so far approved three COVID-19 vaccines: Pfizer/BioNTech, AstraZeneca, and Moderna.
How do I register for the vaccine in Saudi Arabia?
Through the Ministry of Health, the Saudi authorities are inviting all Saudis and expats to register for the vaccine by utilizing the Sehaty app.

- Register your data
- Click on “Corona Vaccine” to submit your request to receive the vaccine
- Your eligibility to receive the vaccine is evaluated according to the information entered
Muqeem vaccine registration online for travellers to KSA
All travelers arriving in Saudi Arabia, including nationals of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and holders of new visas, who have been vaccinated with one of the Covid-19 vaccines, need to register their vaccination status online. Online registration is not required for travelers under the age of 18.
Everyone is to complete the vaccination registration process online before their arrival by visiting muqeem.sa.
According to the Public Health Authority (Weqaya), registration is available only to those who have completed taking the doses for the following approved vaccines:
- Two doses for the Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Moderna; or
- One dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine; as well as
- Presenting proof for vaccination on arrival – The vaccination certificates are required to be attested by the official health authorities in the country of arriving travellers (the Ministry of Health or an authorized health authority).
Travelers will need to show their immunization status before boarding their flight to Saudi through the health status of the “Tawakkalna” application, or by submitting a report proving immunization in the Kingdom via the “Quddum” platform.
