What's in Windows 11?

There will be different types of Windows software in this ‘Microsoft Store’ and everything has to be installed from here. However, there is a huge opportunity for developers in this new 'Microsoft Store'. In this store, developers will be able to upload their developed applications, and users will be able to download and install those applications directly from the Microsoft Store, for free or in exchange for money, just as in the case of the Google Play Store.
The user interface or look-and-feel has also been made quite interesting. The various icons have been made slightly rounded instead of square. টেকজায়ান্ট মাইক্রোসফট ২০২৫ সালের ১৪ অক্টোবর থেকে উইন্ডোজ ১০ বন্ধের ঘোষণা দিয়েছে। প্রযুক্তি বিষয়ক ওয়েবসাইট টেক রাডার জানিয়েছে, ২০২৫ সালের নির্ধারিত সময়ের পরও মাইক্রোসফট আপডেট নিতে থাকবে, যাতে নতুন অপারেটিং সিস্টেমে যেতে পারেন ব্যবহারকারীরা।
যুক্তরাষ্ট্র-ভিত্তিক প্রযুক্তি কোম্পানি মাইক্রোসফট জানিয়েছিল, ১০ ভার্সনের পর আর কোনো ভার্সন তারা আনবে না। কিন্তু এখন কোম্পানির টুইটারে শেয়ার করা একটি টিজার থেকে জানা গেছে, চলতি মাসের শেষ দিকে আসবে উইন্ডোজ ১১ ভার্সন। এছাড়াও মাইক্রোসফটের ওয়েবসাইটেও একটি ইভেন্ট লিস্টে আগামী ২৪ জুন উইন্ডোজ সামনে কী কী আনবে, সে বিষয়ে ঘোষণা দেয়া হবে।
কী থাকছে উইন্ডোজ-১১ তে?
উইন্ডোজ-১১ এর মূল চমক হচ্ছে এর ‘মাইক্রোসফট স্টোর’। উইন্ডোজ-৮ ও উইন্ডোজ-১০ স্বল্প পরিসরে ‘মাইক্রোসফট স্টোর’ থাকলেও নতুন এই ভার্সনের জন্য মাইক্রোসফট স্টোরকে ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে নতুনভাবে। উইন্ডোজ এর বিভিন্ন ধরনের সফটওয়্যার থাকবে এই ‘মাইক্রোসফট স্টোর’-এ এবং এখান থেকেই ইন্টস্টল করতে হবে সবকিছু। তবে নতুন এই ‘মাইক্রোসফট স্টোর’এ বড় ধরনের সুযোগ রয়েছে ডেভেলপারদের জন্য। এই স্টোরে ডেভেলপাররা তাদের ডেভেলপ করা অ্যাপ্লিকেশন আপলোড করে রাখতে পারবেন এবং ব্যবহারকারীরা ফ্রি কিংবা টাকার বিনীময়ে সেসব অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সরাসরি ‘মাইক্রোসফট স্টোর’থেকে ডাউনলোড ও ইনস্টল করতে পারবেন, ঠিক যেমনটি গুগল প্লে-স্টোর এর ক্ষেত্রে হয়ে থাকে।
