How to apply for a Movement Pass?

According to the police headquarters, any citizen of the country can easily collect the pass by providing some information through this website movementpass.police.gov.bd. Using this website will ensure the movement of citizens in case of emergency, on the one hand, on the other hand, unnecessary and uncontrolled movement of people can be stopped.

Why Movement Pass?

To prevent coronavirus, Bangladesh Police is introducing Movement Pass to prevent uncontrolled and unnecessary movement of people in lockdown and to ensure emergency travel.

আবেদনের নিয়মাবলী

1. movementpass.police.gov.bd ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করে পাসের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
2. শুরুতেই একটি সক্রিয় মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর দিতে হবে। আবেদনকারী কোথা থেকে কোথায় যাবেন তা জানতে চাওয়া হবে। সেইসব তথ্য ধাপে ধাপে প্দন করতে হবে। এরপর আবেদনকারীর একটি ছবি আপলোড করে ফর্মটি জমা দিতে হবে।
3. জমা দেয়া ফর্মে আবেদনকারী প্রদত্ত তথ্যাবালীর ভিত্তিতে মুভমেন্ট পাস ইস্যু করা হবে। ওয়েবসাইট থেকেই পাসটি ডাউনলোড করে সংগ্রহ করা যাবে।
4. চলাচলের সময় কর্তব্যরত পুলিশ অফিসারকে পাস প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। 

করোনা সংক্রমণের ভয়াবহ বিস্তারত রোধে লকডাউনে প্রয়োজনীয় চলাচল নিশ্চিত করতে মুভমেন্ট পাস সংগ্রহের জন্য নাগরিকদের অনুরোধ করেছে পুলিশ।

Application Process

• You have to apply for the pass by entering the website movementpass.police.gov.bd.
• You have to give an active mobile phone number at the beginning. The applicant will be asked where to go from. That information has to be read step by step. Then the applicant has to upload a picture and submit the form.
• Movement pass will be issued on the basis of the information provided by the applicant in the submitted form. The pass can be downloaded and collected from the website.
• The police officer on duty has to show the pass while moving.

Police have requested citizens to collect movement passes to ensure the necessary movement in the lockdown to prevent the horrific spread of corona infection.
