Minimum qualification for admission test
The applicant must pass SSC / Equivalent in 2017 or 2018 and HSC / Equivalent in 2020 and achieve the following qualifications.
Unit A - Total GPA 6.50 in the fourth subject in SSC and HSC examinations. Must be 3.5 in each test.
Unit B: Must have 2.75 in both HSC and SSC and a total of at least 7.5 GPA
B1 Sub Unit: Both HSC and SSC must have 3.25 and total GPA of at least 8.00
C Unit - Both HSC and SSC must have 3.5 and total GPA of at least 6.50
D Unit - Both HSC and SSC must have 3.25 and total GPA of at least 8.00
D1 Sub Unit: Both HSC and SSC 2.5 and total at least 6.00 GPA
Online application process
The applicant has to do all the activities related to the admission test through the admission website of Chittagong University http://admission.cu.ac.bd On this website the applicant will see the admission guidelines, notices and links of all the units / sub-units of Chittagong University. Please read the admission guidelines carefully before applying to any unit / sub-unit. Also read the instructions per page online.
To apply for admission in any unit / sub-unit of Chittagong University Admission Website
Go to the link http://admission.cu.ac.bd and click on the Apply Now button.
After clicking on the Apply Now button, the applicant's Higher Secondary / Equivalent Examination Rail Number, Year of Pass and
Baird's name and secondary or equivalent examination rail number, year of pass and Baird's name form will be given. Fill in the information correctly and click on the Submit button.
If the applicant's information is correct, the applicant's personal mobile number will be asked on the next page. Mobile number. If you submit in the correct way, a "Confirmation Code" will be sent to the applicant's mobile.
In this step the Confirmation Code will be asked and only if you provide it correctly you can go to the main page of the application.
After submitting the Confirmation Code, if the Confirmation Code is correct, a profile of the applicant will be created and the information of the applicant's secondary and higher secondary examination will be displayed there.
If the applicant has a quota and he wants to add it to the application, he can add one or more of his desired quota from the option of adding quota to his profile.
The applicant has to go to the specific part of his profile and upload a clear formal picture of the right size. The picture must be of a certain size and the appearance of the applicant must be uncovered. When uploading images, you need to follow the instructions carefully. The other steps of the application cannot be completed without uploading the image. Image cannot be changed after upload. If change is required, the help desk should be contacted along with the relevant documents.
By clicking on the Units / sub-Units option in his profile, the applicant will see a list of the units / sub-units he is eligible to apply for. The list will show the eligibility of applications for each unit / sub-unit. But if the picture is not uploaded, the applicant will not be able to apply to any unit / sub-unit.
Regular payment of application fee The applicant will get a Private Key by clicking on the “Apply” button of the unit / sub-unit to which he / she wishes to apply. Using the private key, the applicant has to submit the application fee for that unit / sub-unit through mobile banking 'bKash or Rocket'. The rules for fixing the application fee through bKash and Rocket are given below:
Rules for payment of application fee through 'bKash'
1. First you have to dial * 247 #
2. Select Pay Bill (Option 5).
3. Select the Other option (Option 2).
4. Select Pay Bill (Option 2)
5. Enter the Biller ID
6. Select Input Bill A / c Number (Option 1)
7. Enter your Private key.
8. As Bill month - day
9. Give 550 rupees in Amount
10. Complete the payment with your PIN number
Rules for charging application fee from mobile through 'Rocket'
1. Dial * 322 #.
2. Select Payment (Option 1)
3. Select Bill Pay (Option 1).
4. Select self or other (option 1 or 2)

7. 550 BDT per day Complete the payment with your zip code.
