Registration process
>> After checking the number of the national identity card, if all is well, the name of the registrant will be shown on the screen in Bengali and English. There, a cell phone number will be requested in a cell, to which he / she will be SMSed information regarding subsequent vaccination.
>> After giving the mobile number, a box has to be filled, where the registrant has to be informed whether he has long term disease or co-morbidity if any disease.
>> There is another room to tell the profession and whether he is directly involved in the work related to Covid-19.
>> Then you have to select the current address and from which center you want to take the vaccine.
>> Finally, if you save the form, OTP will be sent to the mobile number given by the registrar. Clicking on the 'Status Verify' button with that OTP code will complete the registration.
>> Once registered, the date of the first dose of the vaccine and the name of the center will be informed via SMS.
>> Then you have to log in with the number of national identity card, date of birth and download the vaccination card with the OTP code obtained through SMS.
>> On the date that will be given in the SMS, the registrants will be able to get the vaccine of Covid-19 by appearing at the designated vaccination center with the vaccination card and national identity card.
>> Thus, after two doses, the certificate of vaccination can be collected from the web application of the protection platform.

>> জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের নম্বর যাচাই করে সব ঠিক থাকলে স্ক্রিনে নিবন্ধনকারীর নাম দেখানো হবে বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে। সেখানে একটি ঘরে একটি মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর চাওয়া হবে, যে নম্বরে তাকে পরবর্তীতে টিকাদান সংক্রান্ত তথ্য এসএমএস করা হবে।
>> মোবাইল নম্বর দেয়ার পর একটি ঘর পূরণ করতে হবে, যেখানে জানাতে হবে নিবন্ধনকারীর দীর্ঘমেয়াদী রোগ বা কো-মরবিডিটি আছে কি না, থাকলে কোন কোন রোগ আছে।
>> সেখানে আরেকটি ঘরে জানাতে হবে পেশা এবং তিনি কোভিড-১৯ সংক্রান্ত কাজে সরাসরি জড়িত কি না।
>> তারপর বর্তমান ঠিকানা ও কোন কেন্দ্র থেকে টিকা নিতে ইচ্ছুক তা সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
>> সবশেষে ফরম সেভ করলে নিবন্ধনকারীর দেয়া মোবাইল নম্বরে পাঠানো হবে ওটিপি। সেই ওটিপি কোড দিয়ে ‘স্ট্যাটাস যাচাই’ বাটনে ক্লিক করলে নিবন্ধনের কাজ শেষ হবে।
>> নিবন্ধন হয়ে গেলে টিকার প্রথম ডোজের তারিখ ও কেন্দ্রের নাম এসএমএস-এর মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে।
>> এরপর জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের নম্বর, জন্ম তারিখ দিয়ে লগ ইন করে এসএমএস-এর মাধ্যমে পাওয়া ওটিপি কোড দিয়ে টিকা কার্ড ডাউনলোড করতে হবে।
>> এসএমএসে যে তারিখ দেয়া হবে, সেই তারিখে টিকা কার্ড ও জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র নিয়ে নির্ধারিত টিকাদান কেন্দ্রে উপস্থিত হয়ে কোভিড-১৯-এর টিকা নিতে পারবেন নিবন্ধনকারীরা।
>> এভাবে দুটি ডোজ শেষ হলে সুরক্ষা প্ল্যাটফর্মের ওয়েব অ্যাপ্লিকেশন থেকে ভ্যাকসিনপ্রাপ্তির সনদ সংগ্রহ করা যাবে।
