Some Steps of Online Application for New Connection
Step-1: Click on Application for New Connection under DPDC website.Then go to the “Apply New Application” link. Fill-up the full from with Personal Information, Mailing Address, Connection Address, Description of Connection, . Prospective customer can monitor his current application status via website or SMS service by using this tracking number.
Step-2: Prospective Customer Required Document's.
a. Printout application with signature
b. One copy Passport Size Photography
c. Photocopy of National ID/Passport
d. Land Ownership Document (any)
e. Copy of paid bill (if previously connected)
f. Fire extinguishing certificate in multi-storied building (more than 10 stories)
g. City corporation/municipality approved Building plan, holding number under DPDC (if applicable)
Step 3: Applicant will be informed via SMS about site survey and that will be done within 3 days, Other's Connection will be informed as soon as via SMS.
Step 4: Applicant should submit the bank deposit receipt to NOCS office.
Step 5: Customer will be requested to submit meter and after successful.
Load Incase/Ac Load Incase Application same us new Connection Application.
